Welcome to Sanctuary and Struggle, a website diving into the complex mental-impacts of war on the lives of asylum seekers. Over the past three months I have been researching and conducting interviews with people who have been displaced from their home countries as a result of war. This website aims to share the other face of reality which may not be evident to those who come from a fortunate background, and different ways in which we can help in our own way.
